The Luzzatto Company acquired 10401 Jefferson Blvd., in Culver City, CA in April of 2016. The project is set to be delivered by Q1 2018, and will include approximately 15,400 square feet of prime creative office space in the heart of Culver City's renowned creative corridor. TLC performed a total remodeling and subsequent creative office buildout of the existing premises. 10401 Jefferson boasts high ceilings, outdoor patio spaces, polished concrete floors, sandblasted exteriors, and numerous skylights to enhance the building's natural light.

The building has 37 available parking spaces.

Luzzatto successfully pre-leased the entire building to Vayner Media in 2018.
