TLC acquired the former United Grocer’s dairy facility in June 2019 and pre-leased the entire 95k foot development to Sweetgreen for its corporate HQ. The project was completed in March 2022 and features new eco-friendly construction with an emphasis on Inspired industrial design, preserving unique architectural elements and introducing over an acre of green space with fruit producing trees. The project is located two blocks from TLC’s recently completed creative office campus for GOAT Group, another one of the largest and most successful startups in Los Angeles. “The Dairy” is also two blocks from the intersection of the LAX Crenshaw line and the Blue Line, making it one of the premier transit-oriented developments in Los Angeles.
