3609 10th Avenue

Los Angeles, CA

3609 10th Avenue, Los Angeles, CA was acquired by The Luzzatto Company in 2019. The project will become TLC’s second major ground-up creative office development. Formerly the truck servicing depot for Unified Grocer’s, the property will be redeveloped into a 77,000 square foot premiere creative office building. TLC has engaged HLW International to design the new creative campus, which will feature industrial-style interiors, with eco-friendly construction and an emphasis on sustainability. 3609 10th Avenue is adjacent to TLC’s 3101 Exposition, 3629 11th Avenue, and 3629-3645 10th Avenue projects. The property is located a short distance from LA Metro Expo Line’s Crenshaw Station. This station will also serve as the start point for LA Metro’s new LAX direct shuttle.
