TLC acquired Degnan in February 2020 and transformed it from a dilapidated manufacturing space and parking garage into a first-class 22k foot PACE facility for outpatient care of the elderly, which was pre-leased before completion of construction to ConcertoHealth, a subsidiary of Edenbridge. Degnan, like TLC’s other projects in the area, sits directly on the blue metro line, only one block from the Crenshaw/Exposition stop.
