TLC acquired this 42,000 square foot building in 2004 when it was a newly renovated but vacant property. TLC leased approximately two-thirds of the building to a veterinarian hospital and obtained a parcel map that allowed the remainder of the building to be sold off in 2006. The portion of the building occupied by the veterinarian hospital was sold in early 2008. Both sales generated significant returns.
