The Outlets of Maui

In 2012, TLC acquired the ground lease interest in this 145,000 square foot shopping located on the north end of Lahaina’s Front Street, Maui’s main pedestrian thoroughfare and tourist destination. The property was developed into the first upscale outlet retail center on the island of Maui. TLC sold its leasehold interest in 2013 for a significant return.
